Tell me about your space

Two minutes here and every message writes itself around your place. You can change anything later, and every message stays editable.
🔒 No codes or passwords here. Airbnb fills in your Wi-Fi, door code and address for you, from your listing. What you type here stays in this browser, on this device.

Your messages

Open each one, check it reads like you, then copy it into Airbnb. Purple words are Airbnb details you insert with Add details. Yellow words are yours to fill in.

Rule check

Every message in step 2 is checked as you edit it. Already have saved replies in Airbnb? Paste one here to check it against the rules for bookings from 20 November 2026.

What changed, in one table

Let Claude do the heavy lifting

Claude is an AI assistant. It's free to start at claude.ai. Pick what you want to do, copy the prompt, and paste it into Claude. Everything you filled in on step 1 is already in the prompt.

My guest reply assistant

Set it up once. Then paste any guest message and get a reply in your voice, inside the rules.

✍️

Write my whole set

Claude writes all your messages in one go, from the facts about your place.

🩺

Fix my old messages

Paste your current Airbnb saved replies, and get them back updated for the new rules.

Use Claude safely

  1. Take out private details first. Delete guests' phone numbers, ID numbers and card details before you paste a message into Claude. A first name is enough.
  2. Read every reply before you send it. Claude drafts, you decide. It doesn't know what happened at your place today unless you tell it.
  3. Claude doesn't log into Airbnb. You copy the draft and paste it into the Airbnb chat yourself, so the conversation stays on Airbnb.
  4. Give it the facts. The more Claude knows (your house manual, your rules, your messages), the less you'll edit.

Set it up in Airbnb

About 30 minutes, once. Tick each step as you go. Airbnb calls these quick replies. Give one a schedule, and it sends itself.

    Your schedule at a glance

The messages you've switched on in step 2, and when each one goes.

    You're done when…

Open your next reservation in Airbnb and tap View timeline. You should see every scheduled message lined up, with the guest's name filled in. Then ring the bell in the community 🔔
